The task of filling grease into roll chocks with a grease gun nozzle is time-consuming for maintenance personnel, and since the grease is filled based on human judgment, the actual amount of grease used varies each time, making it difficult to manage. This system uses our high-capacity drum-connected electric grease pump to fill the necessary grease into the roll chocks via a distribution valve. Customers calculate the required amount of grease for the chocks, and based on that calculation, we select the piston size for the distribution valve. The system then controls the operation count of the distribution valve to ensure that the necessary amount of grease is supplied to each location.
